Who we are. Auden Air is run by a Delaware corporation based in Las Vegas, NV 89129, USA. Email us at hello@audenair.com.
Terms of sale
Price. Auden costs £849, including delivery to mainland UK and any taxes. There is nothing more to pay.
Reserving. Your £50 reservation holds your place in the next run and comes off the price. Before delivery, we confirm your date and ask for the £799 balance. We never charge it automatically.
Delivery. Spring 2027.
Cancelling. Until you pay the balance, you can cancel at any time and we refund your £50 in full. After you pay, you can still cancel up to 14 days after delivery. We collect Auden for £99, which we deduct from your refund. If it comes back damaged or has been handled more than you would in a shop, we may also deduct the loss in value. To cancel, email us with the details in the form below.
Guarantee. Auden has a two-year guarantee from delivery. It covers faults in materials and workmanship in the UK. To claim, email us and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. This guarantee adds to your legal rights: Auden must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the sale of the following goods: Auden Air.
Privacy
What we collect. When you reserve, we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address. Stripe handles payment, so we never see your card details. We also keep the emails you send us.
Why. We use it to take your reservation, deliver Auden, honour your guarantee and keep the records tax law requires. The legal basis is our contract with you and our legal obligations. We don’t sell your data, and we won’t send you marketing unless you ask for it.
Who sees it. Stripe (payments), Google (our email), Vercel (website hosting) and our delivery company. No one else.
Where. We are a US company, so data is held in the United States.
How long. We keep it while your order and guarantee are active. After that, we keep only what tax rules require, for up to seven years.
Cookies. This site sets no cookies. We count page views anonymously, without identifying you. Stripe’s checkout page uses its own cookies to process payment and prevent fraud (stripe.com/privacy).
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@audenair.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
